These are some of my absolute favorite products of 2016! So far, I can’t live without any of them currently.
Sonicare Toothbrush ($120)
I received this toothbrush for Christmas from my mom and I absolutely love it. I’m huge on keeping my teeth cleaned well because I’m petrified to be an 80 year old with no teeth/dentures. So I make sure I use fluoride toothpaste and my Sonicare brush and it’s amazing. It cleans better than a regular toothbrush. It goes for about $120 and you can find it at Walmart on online. Don’t forget to floss and use mouthwash too!
Essential Oil Diffuser ($20-$40)
I received an essential oil diffuser as a gift and it’s my new favorite thing! Essential oils are all natural oils extracted from plants. The scents can trigger various emotions and can help with a more positive emotional state, spiritual wellness, purify the home, and promote better skin. Different scents trigger different things, and there are so many oils to choose from. You can purchase these on Amazon.com.
IMPORTANT INFO IF YOU HAVE PETS:
I’VE HEARD THAT THESE CAN BE BAD FOR CATS/DOGS SO BEFORE USING THIS YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO THAT AND IF YOU FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO USE THEM AROUND PETS. AFTER ALL, PETS ARE OUR BABIES!
Olay Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin ($8)
This is my absolute all-time favorite moisturizer for my face. It’s completely affordable. I use it every single night and morning. It instantly moisturizes the face and has a small amount of spf. It’s made for sensitive skin, which is perfect for me because I have very sensitive skin. I am super picky with what I put on my face, and this product is super gentle on me. It keeps my skin looking fresher, younger, and wrinkle free.
It’s-a-10 Leave in Spray Conditioner ($20)
This is a spray leave-in conditioner. After you wash and towel dry the hair just spray this all over and brush through. This stuff is supposed to do 10 different things to your hair. Not sure what’s in this stuff, but it’s definitely a 10!
Neutrogena Shine Control Powder ($10-$12)
This powder is a translucent powder in a small compact. I use a fluffy brush with it to set my foundation all over the face. It mattifies the skin and locks in the foundation for all day wear. I’ve gone through like 50 packs of this stuff. Love.
Hula Benefit Bronzer Matte ($29)
This is currently my favorite bronzer. It’s perfect for everyday use. It add a touch of sun if you’re super pale like me in the Winter. It’s a matte shade, so it is not shiny at all, which I always prefer for bronzers. It gives the most natural bronzy sun look than most I’ve tried. It’s sort of pricey but lasts a long time. I’ve gone through a bunch of these little guys.
Sally’s Generic Version of Shimmer Lights for blondes ($6)
This is for all my blondes out there who struggle with keeping the blonde hair or even just high lights brightened and fresh. We all love that fresh cut and color feeling right out of the beauty salon, but over time the blonde in our hair gets dull. There’s a shampoo made specifically for this issue that you can find at Sally’s. Be prepared, this shampoo is BRIGHT purple, but don’t worry it’s supposed to be that way. It tones the brassiness. I’d use it every other shampoo wash cause it can be drying,so I’ve heard. I leave it on my hair for about 5 minutes usually. It works great!
